Affordable Textbooks

The Office of Undergraduate Education is working with USG in order to provide information and opportunities for students to access textbooks as affordably as possible. The website has been created by UE and is maintained by USG.

Complaint, Grievance and Appeal Procedures

Students who are enrolled in any Ohio State course who might have a complaint about this course or an experience with OSU, the following link (grievances.shtml) will outline some of the procedures. It is also the link that a distance learning student who doesn't reside in Ohio should follow to find out the grievance procedures for that status.

Undergraduate Admissions and First Year Experience

UAFYE is responsible for the recruitment, admissions, and first year programming of Ohio State undrgraduates. Admissions works with prospective students and their families to answer questions about the student experience at OSU, and to provide materials related to the applications process. Ohio State places special emphasis on each admitted student's first year. Through research and experience, we know that the foundations built during the first year are key to a student's success. Once you're admitted to Ohio State, First Year Experience (FYE) picks up where Admissions leaves off.
