While Ohio State ATI is the associate-degree-granting academic unit with CFAES, in many ways, Ohio State ATI functions as one of The Ohio State University's regional campuses, because as is the case in Lima, Mansfield, Marion and Newark, you can start any of OSU's 127 majors on our campus. Like the regional campuses, Ohio State ATI is an open-admission campus, and students may apply directly to Ohio State ATI. Ohio State ATI is the only part of The Ohio State University that offers Associate of Applied Science degrees while also offering "core" general education courses that are transferable to any bachelor's degree program in Ohio.

Ohio State Lima builds the future of western Ohio by developing leaders and providing access to the resources and strength of the state's top university. At Ohio State Lima students can start any of 200+ Ohio State majors and transition to the Columbus campus once they've completed 30 post-high school semester hours and earning a 2.0 Ohio State GPA. Beyond the classroom, many students at The Ohio State University at Lima advance their research skills by assisting on faculty-initiated research, study abroad, complete internships, and participate in clubs and recreational sports.
