University Survey is a course that extends a student's orientation to Ohio State
As you can imagine, a university as large and complex at Ohio State has lots of specific details about how to navigate university policies, coursework, helpful offices, and more. There's no way we could cover it all during Orientation! Instead, university survey will cover topics such as:
- Helpful university resources
- University policies
- How to schedule classes
- Closely related majors for students considering a change
Throughout the class, you'll realize that you're in control of your educational experience. You get to choose classes and class times, majors and minors, student organizations and internships; you can even decide to slow down your pace and graduate later to enjoy as much time at Ohio State as possible. For every decision, there is an advisor, a career specialist, a Buckeye Link staffer, or a success coach to support you.
